No. Consultations are always free. The goal of the first conversation is to understand your project and make sure we're a good fit before any money changes hands.
Not at all. Many customers come in with a general idea, a box of shirts or a pile of clothing, and we figure out the details together. If you're unsure about size, style, or even which service makes sense, that's exactly what the consultation is for.
The more detail, the better, but don't worry if you don't have everything figured out yet. Helpful information includes the type of garments you have (t-shirts, clothing, baby items), the approximate number of pieces, your desired size if you know it, and your timeline or any important dates to plan around.
Yes. Non-local customers ship garments directly to the studio. Once your project is complete, your finished quilt ships anywhere in the United States via USPS or UPS with insurance and tracking. Packing and shipping instructions are provided after your consultation.
