No. Consultations are always free. The goal of the first conversation is to understand your project and make sure we're a good fit before any money changes hands.
Not at all. Many customers come in with a general idea, a box of shirts or a pile of clothing, and we figure out the details together. If you're unsure about size, style, or even which service makes sense, that's exactly what the consultation is for.
Whichever is easier for you. Video calls include a Google Meet link in your confirmation email. If you pick phone, you'll call me directly at the scheduled time, my number is in the confirmation.
Yes. Non-local customers ship garments directly to the studio. Once your project is complete, your finished quilt ships anywhere in the United States via USPS or UPS with insurance and tracking. Packing and shipping instructions are provided after your consultation.
