bigwes.com is the personal website of Wesley Hall ("I," "me," or "my"), a quilter and speaker in Atlanta, Georgia, who publishes as Quilts by Big Wes. These terms cover your use of the site. By using it, you agree to them.

No Custom Orders

I no longer accept custom quilt orders, longarm quilting, binding, repairs, or any other commissioned work. Nothing on this site is an offer to make or sell a quilt. Orders placed before I stopped taking commissions remain governed by the agreements made at the time.

Speaking Engagements

Submitting the Book a Talk form is an inquiry, not a booking. A talk is confirmed only once we agree on the details in writing, and any fee, travel, and cancellation terms are set out in that agreement.

Content and Photos

The writing, photographs, and designs on this site belong to me unless noted otherwise. You are welcome to link to any page or quote a short passage with credit. Please ask before reproducing a post or photo in full or using it commercially.

Links to Other Sites

The site links to other websites for reference. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or practices.

No Warranties

The site and everything on it are provided as is. I work to keep the quilt history here accurate and sourced, but I make no promise that the site is complete, current, or free of errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute arising from them will be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
