Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at bigwes.com and your relationship with Quilts by Big Wes, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Deposits

All custom quilt projects require a order agreement. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be confirmed at the time of your consultation. No garments will be cut and no work will begin until the order agreement is executed.

Final payment is due upon completion of the quilt, before pickup or shipment. We accept payment via the methods confirmed at the time of your order.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing garments and materials that are clean, dry, and ready to work with. You are also responsible for ensuring you have the right to use all materials submitted -- for example, if you are submitting licensed team or organizational apparel, you confirm that your personal use of those materials for a custom keepsake is appropriate under applicable guidelines.

Please keep copies of any sentimental items you ship to us. While we handle all materials with care, we are not liable for loss or damage during shipping that occurs in transit to or from our studio.

Design Approval

Before any cutting begins, you will receive a layout mockup for approval. Once you approve the layout in writing (email is sufficient), we proceed with the cut. Changes requested after layout approval may affect the timeline and cost of your project.

Turnaround Time

Estimated completion dates are provided at the start of each project and are based on current workload and project complexity. We will communicate any changes to your estimated completion date as soon as we are aware of them. Rush requests may be accommodated at an additional charge and are subject to availability.

Shipping and Delivery

Finished quilts can be picked up in person at CreateATL, 900 Murphy Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30310, by appointment. We also ship finished quilts anywhere in the United States via USPS or UPS with insurance and tracking. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will be confirmed before the quilt is sent. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website -- including text, photography, and graphics -- is the property of Quilts by Big Wes, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photos of completed client quilts may be shared on our website and social media with client permission, which is requested at the time of order completion.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a custom order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from a custom order shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
