Return Policy

Every quilt made by Quilts by Big Wes is custom-built to your specifications using materials you provide. Because of this custom nature, our standard policy is that all sales are final once work has begun. However, we stand behind our workmanship and want every client to be satisfied with their finished quilt.

Quality Guarantee

If your finished quilt has a defect in workmanship -- meaning a seam, binding, or structural element that fails under normal use and care -- we will repair or replace the affected area at no charge. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your quilt to report a workmanship issue.

This guarantee covers defects in our craftsmanship. It does not cover wear and damage from use, improper washing or drying, or issues related to the condition of the original garments provided by the client.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before layout approval and before any cutting has begun. In that case, your deposit is refundable minus any materials already ordered for your project. Once layout has been approved and cutting has begun, orders cannot be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable.

Design Disputes

Before any cutting begins, you will receive a layout mockup for review and approval. Once you approve the layout, we proceed with the build. We strongly encourage you to review the layout carefully and ask questions before approving. We cannot offer refunds for design preferences that were approved before cutting.

Garment Returns

Any garments not used in your final quilt will be returned to you along with the finished quilt. Please let us know at the time of your order if you want all unused fabric scraps returned as well.

Shipping Damage

All finished quilts shipped from our studio are insured and tracked. If your quilt arrives damaged in shipping, please photograph the packaging and the quilt immediately and contact us within 5 business days. We will work with you to file a carrier claim and resolve the issue.
